We like to make referrals as easy as possible for you to make the first step, so please follow our three step plan:

1. contact us or make a referral  

2. meet with one of our team and create a life plan

3. let WALT match you to a volunteer and start to feel the benefits our free services can provide!

Our team work with individuals to create a person centered life plan to pick some acitivities that would benefit their day to day living. It may be as simple as a chat and joining our monday coffee mornings or a key need like transport to hospital appointments.

We then carefully match them with one of our trained volunteers who can help them achieve the goals identified in the Life Plan.
